Cancellation Policy
Applies to all private lessons, semi-private lessons, and group classes with Coach Bruce Hartrich.
The 24-Hour Rule
Private lessons and group classes require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule without charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice — including no-shows — are non-refundable and will be billed at the full session rate.
Prepaid packages (such as the Comeback Series and Game Plan 10-Lesson Package) follow the same rule: a late cancellation uses the credited session.
Excused Cancellations
The 24-hour rule does not apply in the following situations. These cancellations are always excused at no charge and your session or credit is preserved:
- Medical issues — illness or injury affecting you or your child.
- Family emergencies.
- Weather / rain-outs — if courts are unsafe or unplayable, Coach Bruce will reach out to reschedule.

Refunds
Cancellations made with 24+ hours' notice, and all excused cancellations above, receive a full refund to the original payment method or are rescheduled to a mutually agreed date. Stripe refunds typically post within 5–10 business days.
